All bed linen and towels are included, together with an initial supply of soap and toilet tissue. The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. A short-stay surcharge may be made for stays of 6 nights or less.
Arrival at the villa is normally 4pm or later, and you are asked to leave by 10am on the morning of departure. This is to ensure that the villa is clean and ready for your arrival, and also for the family following you. We will try if at all possible to accommodate early arrival and late departures with prior notice, but cannot guarantee this.
Pool and Spa heating is available if required for an extra $175 (£100) per week, and is payable together with the final balance. Pool heat is recommended from October until the end of April. Our Jacuzzi Spa / Hot Tub can now be heated separately, for $90 (£50) per week.
Within 48 hours of your booking, you should mail your reservation deposit of $200 (£100) per week booked.
The outstanding balance and security deposit should be paid in full 3 months before arrival.
A $300 (£200) security deposit will be required on all bookings, returnable 14 days after your departure from our villa.
We have a friendly and helpful local Manager who is available should there be a problem.
